DAVID TRICKEY
Based in Bologna, Italy.
Over the last 20 years, David has worked as a trainer, facilitator, lecturer, programme designer, researcher, writer and coach in the area of international management and communication.
He offers a breadth and depth of experience to support the most complex challenges of managing cultural diversity in an international context.
He has conducted over 400 workshops on international management, remote team leadership and intercultural communication throughout Europe, the US and Japan in sectors which range from insurance to fashion and from energy to IT.
He is a lecturer at a number of international MBA programmes and an experienced facilitator of international management teams.
He is also a regular speaker at international conferences and major corporate events. For these, he devises 'learning experiences' to stimulate powerful reflection on key international challenges.
In addition, he has led a number of large scale projects in global mindset development for organisations in search of closer levels of connectedness across distance and culture.
Constantly exploring new ideas and approaches, David has developed a vast range of activities, role-plays, simulations and customised case-studies to explore the issues of international diversity management.
He is co-author of A World of Difference: working successfully across cultures and the key researcher behind WorldWork Ltd's International Trust in Teams Indicator.
He delivers his sessions in international English and fluent Italian, plus a twist of humour. |
