We are fortunate people. Since the company was founded in 1988, the two senior partners of TCO have focused on doing what they personally enjoy most - identifying and developing the success factors for working across cultures.
We work regularly with other associate partners who have a similar passion for IDM issues and bring us complementary skills in the human dimension of international work. We have a growing number of associates, all of whom are respected and trusted professionals and friends. We are constantly learning from each other, and as that learning grows we pass it on to our clients.
