The International Competency Set - This is a set of 10 competencies and
22 associated skills and qualities for transferring management potential
into an unfamiliar cultural context. Our international management
development solutions make implicit and explicit reference to this
set.

Set
The International Profiler - This is based on the International Competency
Set, and consists of a web-based questionnaire and feedback process (available
in English, French, Italian and German). It has been developed to help managers
reflect on where their development needs for working internationally.
The tool helps managers answer the questions such as: 'How do I
cope with difference and complexity?" and "How can I improve my performance
in my specific role?" To date nearly 2000 managers have gone through
this process.

The International Team Trust Indicator - This is a diagnostic tool to
assess the level of trust in teams as well as identifying the behaviours
and attitudes which the team requires from other members to develop
higher levels of trust. With trust being the most cost effective
but most elusive lever for increased productivity, the tool provides
teams with a powerful instrument for change in the hands of one
of our facilitators.

The World of Difference: working successfully across cultures - This is a commercially available DVD and detailed training package co-written by two of the TCO partners, focusing on the challenges and responses needed for effective multicultural team management.
