PROJECT DESIGN AND DELIVERY
  Once we have fully diagnosed the issues at stake, we will develop a learning solution to address them. We believe it is critical to link different elements to create ‘blended learning’. Blended learning brings together different experiences so that the learning is reinforced in a variety of contexts. Some are collective while others are individual. Some are event-based while others are delivered through distance learning to the home or office. Through blended learning we move from awareness-building for groups to actionable development plans for individuals.


Some of the main elements we blend include:

- consultancy, support and research in identifying priority issues
- pre-workshop orientation, including reading, web-based questionnaires and surveys
- face-to-face group training
- fun evening activities
- large scale experiential activities
- thematically related workshop modules
- customised DVD and video materials
- outdoor training
- face-to-face and telephone coaching and feedback
- coaching in preparation for imminent international events
- coaching for individuals who need specific skills for a change in role or location
- pre-departure country specific briefings
- follow-up workshops
- on-the job facilitation for international teams
- individual feedback using international psychometrics and diagnostic tools
- training of internal professionals to conduct workshops
