PROJECT DIAGNOSIS


  We invest time and effort in diagnosing our client’s needs and showing precisely how productivity can increase on achieving the project goals.

We employ a number of diagnostic tools to make the real issues clear - to you and to us. We conduct surveys, interview a range of stakeholders, sit around a table or a microphone on a teleconference and listen to constraints and aspirations.
We explore options, propose ideas and formats and challenge assumptions until we’re all happy that we can create a unique and compelling approach to the project. Every situation is unique and so is every solution. So we have no preconceived magic solutions. However we do guarantee only that our most experienced partners will handle this process of diagnosis. It takes time but makes the difference between ‘another training programme’ and an learning experience which creates commitment to change.

The project diagnosis will have answered three key questions:

  1 Which challenges do we want to focus on as priority areas?
  2 How do we think we have handled these challenges up to now?
  3 What are the gaps between our organisational ambitions and the capabilities of our people in the field who will realise these ambitions?
